YAP TOUR UPDATES!

How are you

So the year is already in its 4th month and shows no signs of slowing down. This is your last chance to apply for the OUTGOING YAP TOUR of 2015 to Switzerland, Germany and Belgium. We have 4 Yaps attending so far.

The OUTGOING YAP TOUR will again be during the June/July holiday break and the dates will be from the 28 June - 17 July 2015. As usual the Swiss, Belgian and German Associations are sponsoring the cost of the tour for the South Africans as well as our Association is sponsoring R2,500 towards the trip, this makes it even more worthwhile to go. The final costs are as follows:

Ticket R11,000

Visa R 1,200

Admin fee R 600

Total R12,800

less 41 club R 2,500

Total R10,300

The above does not include spending money. I do not believe that you can get a 3 week European holiday anywhere in the world for this price. Please DOWNLOAD the application forms and get them off to me as soon as possible at brucemck@intekom.co.za

The INCOMING YAP tour will be from the 23 August to the 06 September 2015 this year, so get ready to host. I will send out more info with regards to that tour closer to the time.

This years ASSOCIATION AGM, will be held over the weekend of 4,5,6 September 2015 and it will be held at Parys On Vaal. You can REGISTER on-line now and visit our website for further information.

I will be working on the club members contact details on the website so that page will be out of action for a while. Remember that REGALIA can be ordered on line.

Our President Peter together with the VP and I will be attending the 41 Club International AGM in Cyprus from 24-26 April 2015. I will depart for Cyprus on Thursday this week and at this years International AGM, South Africa, in the form of me will come in as VP Elect for 41 Club International, a really great honor indeed.
